Since you mentioned you don’t have access to the image or code there is not much you can do. However, try to contact the website that has tagged your image, asking them to please remove/change the image; or “alt tag”. If the unauthorized use of your image is violating any laws, you have more options.

Does anyone know how I can remove photos of myself (that i did not post) from the search engine? So if I am googled, my photo won’t pop up?
